Relationships can be difficult even in the best of times. Sometimes you are lying in bed next to your partner but feel world's apart. Or maybe you are lying in bed alone. You wish to connect with your true and authentic sexual and erotic self but something keeps getting in the way (e.g., sexual dysfunction, sex "addiction," sexual pain, sexual shame). You want to improve overall communication in your relationship but nothing seems to be working. I have extensive experience treating couples, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and life transitions.
My practice embraces those who are "conventional" and "unconventional" (LGBTQ, poly, kink, furry, nerd, geek, mystical...). I will help you rediscover lost parts of yourself and guide you towards living the most awesome, authentic, and sexually-fulfilling life possible, free of shame, guilt & conflict.
I am one of just a small handful of AASECT-certified sex therapists in Silicon Valley. I am currently meeting with individuals and couples via telemedicine across California and Massachusetts.
