BIO

I am currently offering Telehealth only in the state of California.

“Like the lotus flower that is born out of mud, we must honor the darkest parts of ourselves and the most painful of our life’s experiences, because they are what allow us to birth our most beautiful self.” - Debbie Ford

In a world filled with so much uncertainty and constant change, it’s natural to experience feelings of sadness, frustration, loss and isolation. Many of us have experienced changes within our relationships, both with friends/families but also our relationship to ourselves. We may find that the coping strategies that we have used all our lives, be it for self-preservation or managing your day-to-day life, no longer allows you to move forward and thrive. And while we have all experienced a collective trauma, those of us who have struggled with traumatic events in our pasts may notice that our lives have been uprooted yet again and life seems all the more challenging.

Through my experience working with sexual assault survivors, individuals who have experienced incarceration, those who have been impacted by fractured relationships and struggle with identity formation, my approach to therapy has been shaped by a trauma-informed lens. I am able to hold and navigate with you the darkest of truths and provide a compassionate, accepting, supportive and empathetic environment where we can develop strategies to heal what troubles you most. It is my belief that you are the expert in your life and that you already hold all the tools essential to thrive, sometimes you just need someone in your corner to help you along the way.

I am a queer, bi-racial, sex-positive, kink-knowledgeable therapist who is an ally to LGBTQ+, military, formerly incarcerated, alternative lifestyle and relationship configuration individuals. I celebrate diversity in all of its forms and tailor our relationship and therapy to meet you where you are. Honoring space to traverse your journey to healing. Afterall, there is no one size fits all.

I invite you to reach out if you feel that I might be the right fit for you. Let’s see what healing looks like together.
